ABOUT

David A. Hytowitz has over 45 years of experience in personal injury and workplace injury law. He has also handled a variety of other cases including collection, construction defect and probate litigation matters. While now retired from active litigation practice, he currently devotes himself solely to arbitration and mediation services for members of the bar. 

When in Active Practice:
Personal injury including automobiles, maritime, construction site injuries, professional negligence, products liability, workers' compensation including Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation claims and Social Security Disability claims. Defense of construction defect and construction/logging injury cases, condemnation cases and other insurance matters.
