ATTORNEY & PARTNER

At Pozzi Wilson Atchison, LLP I had a general personal injury litigation practice. I represented clients with maritime injuries, construction injuries and injuries from automobile accidents. A large number of my clients had claims under the United States Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, as well as Oregon State Workers’ Compensation claims. Prior to 1991, my practice was much more heavily involved in representing injured workers under the Oregon State Workers’ Compensation Law. I also represented clients seeking Social Security Disability benefits before Administrative Law Judges.

When first hired at the Pozzi Wilson firm, my practice was to handle everything that the other members of the firm did not, since the firm was a personal injury trial practice firm. At that time, my caseload included condemnation cases, business and consumer cases, business and consumer transactions including sales of businesses and real estate, probate matters including administering estates, guardianships and conservatorships, will contests and contests involving guardians and conservators, and responsibility for securing probate court approval of cases the firm had regarding wrongful death claims, claims for minors and others requiring probate court approval or protection. I performed this general practice for approximately the first four years of my association with Pozzi Wilson Atchison. I then transitioned into the general personal injury practice of the firm.
